Customer Service

Our Policy

All our prices are in Singapore Dollars and exclude any duties or taxes, as well as postage. We reserve the rights to amend/revise our prices without prior notice.

Though we try to display the colors of our products on our site as accurate as possible, please note that the colours may not be 100% identical due to different computer colour resolution.

Items shown are subjected to availability and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. All sales are final & there will be no cancellation once your order has been processed.

How to Order

Simply fill in the Order Form.

Upon submission of your order, we will send an email confirmation of your order and payment details within 48hours.

Payment

Payment is to be made within 3 working days upon receipt of our email confirmation, via funds transfer to our POSB Bank Account. We will appreciate if you can drop us an email with details of your payment after payment is made.

We reserve the right to release the item(s) without prior notice if payment is not received within the stated period, unless otherwise arranged.

Postage & Delivery

Normal Mail - Charges for normal postage are charged as per Singapore Postal Service. We offer free normal mail for orders above $80.00. Please note that we will NOT be liable for any damages or losses incurred during the delivery.

Registered Mail - There will be an additional $2.25 per registered article. We highly recommend this if you feel safer to have a trackable package option. We offer free registered mail for orders above $150.00.

Returns & Exchanges

To minimise returns/exchanges & to optimise customer satisfisfaction, we do practise quality checks before sending out all items.

Even so, we may still overlook at times. In case of a genuine manufacturer's defect, please email us with the details within 3 days from the receipt of your purchase. We will be glad to offer an exchange of the same or lower value.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes as a defective item. It is the buyer's obligation to bear the cost of returning the defective item(s).

There is strictly no refund for Sale/Offer item(s).

We regret that we DO NOT offer cash refund. In the event that you are not able to decide on a replacement, we will issue a voucher of equivalent value for future purchase.
